Pls be reminded to attend the above course from 19/3 - 22/3。
The attendance schedule and the dates you are supposed to report are as in the attached class list。 Please check and revert back to me if there are any amendments to be made。 There should be NO more request for change of dates。

Time to Report to ： 0745 hrs
Venue ： CLC on 19/3， 21/3 & 22/3
HALL on 20/3
Attire ： PE T shirt and cullotes
What to bring ： Pen and pencil
Attendance Taking ：
This will be taken 2x at the start (at 0745 hrs) before the workshop commences and at the end。 Kindly initial besides yr names (Do NOT tick)。 Those are late by more than 10 minutes after 0800 hrs will be booked for latecoming。
